SEWING CONSTRUCTION 101
Every 2 weeks, starts Sunday 2nd April until 14th May. On repeat.

Brush up on your sewing with free Construction 101. 1,5 hour classes every 2 weeks including introduction to the sewing machine for complete beginners.

With print out instructions and a self-made sample to take away, join a short class, with me, as I lay out the basic construction techniques used in professional sewing from open & closed seams to french & bound seams.

Each class will be introducing new construction techniques in increasing level but made simple for beginners. There’s only 6 spaces available but classes will repeat.

For the first week we’ll be going through plain seams, which are the basic techniques in sewing construction. It’s recommend for complete beginners to sewing, giving you a quick run through the knowledge & tools needed to start experimenting with projects at home.

There’ll be 6 sewing machines spaces available with large pattern cutting tables, mannequins, large ironing table & assorted pattern & sewing equipment available.

I’ll be running these lessons every 2 weeks starting on Sunday 2nd April until 14th May,[masked].

OPEN SEWING STUDIO

Hi everyone 👋🏽 As an introduction to myself as co-organizer, I’m opening up my sewing studio! Join me to work on your own projects, get some technical guidance and advice, or for tea and coffee and a chat. For those of you needing the space, or community, to sew.

There’ll be 6 sewing machines spaces available with large pattern cutting tables, mannequins, large ironing table & assorted pattern & sewing equipment available.

I’ll be running them every 2 weeks starting on Sunday 9th April until 21st May,[masked].

HEAVY DUTY SEAMS 101
