CELEBRATE INTERNATIONAL WOMEN ARTISTS on INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY in NYC

Salon sYmphoNY
New York-based women artists pay homage to a woman artist from their chosen homeland, representing nations in tribute to women's artistry across the globe.

This year, International Women Artists' Salon joins the magnificent month-long WHAM (Women's History Artist Month) Festival presented by The Bernie Wohl Center at Goddard Riverside on NYC's Upper West Side. Partial ticket sales for all festival events support their summer Performing Arts Conservatory, which provides high quality teaching artists to train youth 8-14 who have a passion and desire to experience the performing arts. A multi-disciplinary event, including monologues, songs, dance & commentaries, Salon sYmphoNY celebrates the legacy of cultural riches created by women around the world & sustained today by international women creatives living in The City of New York.

Working with Et Alia Theatre and The OPTimistiks theatre collectives, the International Women Artists' Salon looks forward to continued collaborations with the League of Professional Theatre Women and their
International Committee as well as dozens of other independent artists, from all disciplines.

Salon sYmphoNY first found its voice in 2012 at Dixon Place and has taken place annually in various venues around New York City and UK. We extend on ongoing appreciation to everyone who has been a part of our journey to date.
