I used to host a coffee hour every Sunday and then had to put it on the back-burner due to other commitments. Since I have free time again on Sundays and the heat has returned with a vengeance, why not relax and enjoy some iced or hot java in good air-conditioning. Their java and pastries are always on point and where else can you purchase cool swag items, like caps that state "Catching the redeye"...lol.

With my Rueda practice being shifted to Wed evenings, I've decided to host a weekly evening of cocktails and dancing on Monday nights at Vango Sky Lounge & Bar. So here is the deal. Everyone is responsible for paying for their own drinks and food.We will be meeting on the main floor between 9:00-9:15 p.m. to socialize with one another. At 9:15 p.m. you can take advantage of the free lesson, which will either be mambo, salsa, meringue or bachata. Once the lesson is over, practice what you've learned, as well as continue to drink & socialize. See you there. Nuff said. P.S. If you don't recognize me from my photo, please ask bartender/server Amal to point you in my direction☺ & tell them her you're looking for Josh. I've known the staff for years and they've always been attentive to us.
Who wouldn't enjoy a drink with friends after work on a Tuesday? Join us at Lovash Indian Cuisine on South Street for delicious food & drinks! We'll be at the bar area that also has several tables reserved for us so we can spread out a bit making it easier to eat. Definitely come hungry because their Indian food is delicious! Lovash has a wide menu of Indian specialties including lots of vegetarian and vegan items. Their Lamb dishes are also delicious. Here is a link to the Menu page of their website: http://www.lovashrestaurant.com/Datamenu.aspx Happy Hour at Lovash normally ends at 7pm, but for us they are extending it to 8pm with discounts on assorted appetizers & drinks! This is a FREE event to attend, but everyone is responsible for paying for their own food & drinks. We all get separate checks. We do not put a cap on the number of attendees, and you are welcome to bring additional friends. Meet, Talk, Network! This event is designed to be fun, and in an easy and relaxed atmosphere where our members can meet, talk, and network. You are welcome to bring additional friends with you, the more the merrier! see you soon, David[masked]
