The evening class begins with Pranayama to center the mind and deepen the connection to the breath, followed by sequence of movements inspired by Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga.
We will weave together gentle yet energizing postures with conscious breath awareness to cultivate balance, aliveness, and inner clarity.
The session also includes chanting to open the voice and heart and a period of non-dual meditation—an invitation to rest in simple awareness beyond effort or separation.
Open for all who wish to explore yoga as both a physical and contemplative practice.
