A hands-on Italian dining experience

For our next event, we’re doing something a little different — we’re getting into the kitchen! 👨‍🍳🍝

Join us for a relaxed and social evening where we’ll make fresh pasta from scratch, cook together, eat together and meet new people.

This is not a traditional cooking class. It’s a hands-on experience where everyone participates and enjoys the food we create together.

Fresh Focaccia & Italian Olives

We’ll start the evening with fresh focaccia and Italian olives while everyone arrives and gets to know each other.

🧀 ANTIPASTO

Burrata & Italian Cured Meats

We’ll share:

• Creamy Italian burrata
• Sun-dried tomatoes
• Mortadella
• Italian salami

🍝 FRESH PASTA — FROM SCRATCH

This is the heart of the evening.

Everyone will make their own fresh pasta dough from scratch using Italian flour and eggs.

We’ll go through the process together:

Mix → Knead → Rest → Roll → Shape → Cook

You’ll be hands-on throughout the process rather than simply watching a demonstration.

🍅 PASTA 1

Tagliatelle alla Bolognese

We’ll prepare a rich Bolognese sauce together while our pasta dough rests.

Then we’ll:

• Roll our pasta
• Cut our own tagliatelle
• Cook the fresh pasta
• Finish it with Bolognese
• Add freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano

🥟 PASTA 2

Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli

We’ll prepare the filling and make our own ravioli by hand.

Roll → Fill → Fold → Seal → Shape

Served with brown butter, fresh sage and Parmigiano Reggiano.

Pistachio Tiramisu

We’ll finish the evening with a delicious pistachio tiramisu, served with coffee. ☕️
