Join award-winning author Allison Amend for a hands-on workshop exploring the art of ultra-short storytelling. Learn, write, revise—and leave with two new flash drafts!

Flash prose—short stories or essays under 1000 words (sometimes up to 1500)—is one of today’s most exciting and accessible literary forms. With thousands of literary journals publishing flash (many exclusively), now is the perfect time to try out this compact, high-impact form.

Whether you’re new to flash or looking to sharpen your short-form skills, this special Sunday session will give you inspiration, know-how, and a toolkit to take your writing further.

If you’d like to join, please register in advance here: https://iwc.li/flashprose25
