Scenic Hike & Waldfest

Running Group goes hiking again! Let’s check out a different Waldfest in the Tegernsee region this year
We’ll take a train from Munich Central Station to Tegernsee. From there, we’ll follow the Höhenweg to Rottach-Egern, with nice views over the lake, and then continue along the Weißach river to the destination, where we’ll enjoy local food, drinks, music, and performances at the Waldfest.
Distance: 11.8 km, about 3 hours
Elevation gain: 240 m
The route is technically easy and follows comfortable paths.
If we take the bus back to Tegernsee around 17:00, we should be back in Munich by around 19:00.
This InterNations Activity will be hosted by our local Consul Axel Roebkers.
