Dear members,
TetsuOta is the abbreviation of Testudo Otaku in Japanese, who is railways geek or nerd🤓.
We will train to the medieval city of Landshut (12:44-13:27) and get an international vibe riding in Czech train carriages. I will bring some (international) sweet dish to share, you may but must not eat a slice of it or bring yourself also one.
We will stroll through the Altstadt (which is a street, not a city), visit the highest chruch in Bavaria (https://martin-landshut.de/st-martin-besuchen/sehenswuerdigkeiten) and follow the self-guided walk https://visitsights.com/sightseeing-tours/Germany/Landshut/2 from end to beginning. On the way, we will either visit Burg Trausnitz (https://www.burg-trausnitz.de, 6 EUR) or enjoy from outside and grab a drink on the terrace of https://www.landshut-burgschaenke.de/ (or split and regroup). At the end of the tour we will visit the Bartlmädult (https://www.dult-landshut.de/programm/), this "market" takes place yearly since 1339, Spiriferkerl provides live music.
The plan is to be back in Munich at 6:16pm. Please make sure you have a valid train ticket and do not cancel within 24h of the activity start.
