This free event brings together small local producers and features interactive workshops, wellness classes, and signature dishes from the hotel’s kitchen. Free admission (activities subject to capacity limits; FIRST-COME, first-served).

*Open-air gastronomy: Dishes and snacks prepared by Emiliano’s culinary and pastry teams at affordable prices.

*Producers' market: Stalls offering organic products, artisanal cheeses, breads, specialty coffees, and wines.

*Workshops and classes: Cooking workshops with chefs, talks on sustainability, and wellness activities such as yoga.
