Interpersonal Lab Pre-Session

To ensure the Interpersonal Practice Lab is a great fit for everyone, we ask all prospective participants to join a brief pre-screening meeting prior to the start of our sessions. During this time, each person will have a private 10-minute check-in with the group leader to share their goals and help us determine proper group placement. This quick, informal conversation allows us to answer your questions and thoughtfully match group members to create balanced, cohesive, and supportive dynamics for everyone involved.
