Yearly Leadership Meeting

We respectfully request that you only attend this leadership meeting if you have attended several book club meetings in the last year and are willing to give input or take on leadership roles. This meeting is open to any members who fit that criteria - no special invite needed.

At our yearly leadership meeting, we will review and discuss:
-overall what went well for the club in the past year (and what didn't)
-attendance and membership
-results of yearly member poll
-ideas for future meetings, special events, or miniseries
-current state of dues and finances
-our club's core values
-open floor for suggestions, problems, or improvements

This meeting will take place 1 hour prior to our regular September meeting. Please arrive promptly because we will have limited time. Any questions? Please DM Heather.
