In This Blue Mountains adventure you will explore the rich fauna of this magnificent part of a rugged mountain chain surrounding our City, and an opportunity to see and taste some of the most beautiful gardens in Australia.

What you will find here are some bountiful examples of Apple & Pear orchards, along with Cherry trees, wonderful examples of Bush Tucker and native spices, and Landscape that in some places remains untouched by human development in a few million years.

This area is brimming with Wild foods of Apples, Quash, Persimmon, Feijos, white Mulberry Shahtoot, and fresh water fish, and an array of wild herbs and spices, that you will literally tear with joy on discovering.

The local Daruk Peoples survived on this diet for Millenia, and discovered paths leading to the open country of central NSW long before Blaxland, Wentworth and Lawson gave their names to the villages and townships of the area.

So come along as we tread the path from Katoomba’s Carrington Hotel towards Ecopoint, and onwards until we reach Sublime point.

On the way you will discover a chocolate factory, a flock of 2,000 cockatoo’s whose friendliness will astound you, a toy museum surrounded by the most beautiful plants, a pristine waterfall cascading to earth which will make you think you were in Thaihiti, a beautiful stream surrounded by giant eucalyptus and pines and ferns of the prehistoric era.
