💠 8 AM – Qigong
Gentle, meditative movements to help you connect with the five elements and understand how they affect your body, mind, and breath.
🐉9 AM – Tai Chi
A beginner-friendly form that follows the natural flow of energy. Learn to move smoothly and peacefully from one posture to the next.
☯️ 10 AM – Applications & Martial Arts Workshop
Explore the Yang Form in more depth by breaking down movements and learning how they reflect the balance of Yin and Yang.
