This monthly small-group workshop is designed specifically for women over 40 who want to:
- Lift weights safely
- Understand what they should be doing (and why)
- Feel confident walking into a gym instead of guessing
No experience required. No pressure to “perform.”

### What happens in this session
You’ll learn the foundations of strength training in a supportive, non-intimidating environment:
✔️ How to properly perform key strength movements (squats, deadlifts, presses)
✔️ Hands-on coaching so you feel the difference in your body
✔️ A free InBody scan + simple explanation of what your numbers actually mean
✔️ Clear guidance on how strength training supports:
- metabolism
- bone density
- muscle mass
- perimenopause & menopause health
This is not a workout class.
It’s an education-first session where questions are encouraged.
