Welcome to Crayon Club! Here are the details for our upcoming meetup:
What: A chance for artists of all skill levels to connect, sketch on location, share their work, and meet new friends.
When: Saturday, September 13, from 2:30 - 5:00 PM
Where: We'll meet in front of the George Washington Statue in the South Plaza.
Who: Everyone is welcome, regardless of skill level. Feel free to bring friends.
How to prepare: Simply RSVP so we can send you updates in case of poor weather. Bring your own drawing materials, sketchbook, chair, etc.
If you're looking for more instruction, check out Intro to Urban Sketching, which takes place at noon on the same day in Grand Central Terminal. This $60 class runs for 90 mins and covers everything you need to start, even if you're a beginner.
