Come join a safe and welcoming group experience that will help you learn how to find your path toward better and more holistic health. Whether you are hoping to change your diet, manage stress, improve your sleep, or to have better overall quality of life with chronic illness, this is a perfect chance to share a safe space, receive support from others, and learn about yourself. The session will be led by Adele Moore MS, BSN, who is a Registered Nurse and Integrative Health Coach who specializes in pain management. By facilitating the group discussion and leading activities she will help you begin your journey toward a healthier you.
