Introduction to Inner Work: A Practical Start

We are going to use "Recovery of the Sacred" as the source material for the first few meetups. I'll have the book there for purchase for $10 or you can get it on Amazon used for even less.

This session will be an introductory session to people in the meetup, will feature a simple but powerful meditation practice and will give you some material to think about and enjoy for a few weeks and you go back into your life.
