Introduction to Reiki, Meditation and Holistic Health

We'll explain what Reiki is and participate in a "Hands On" demonstration of Reiki Energy Transmission and experience a deep meditation. "Hands On" means you may be "touched". However, this is your option and you may decline being physically touched. "Reiki" is "HANDS ON HEALING TOUCH".

This session will also cover "The Power of Deep Breathing"! Deep Breathing was a Specialized Art included in the Ancient Mystery Schools and is still practiced today by "ALL" the Mystic Masters. Deep Breathing Techniques is the way to Enlightenment and Elevating your Vibratory Frequencies.
