Staying consistent with workouts is hard. Most of us do well for a few weeks, then life happens. Hiring a personal trainer isn’t realistic for everyone, but accountability actually works.
This 90-day challenge is about showing up, not being perfect.
We’ll start with a short intro Zoom call to explain how everything works. After that, you’ll be placed into a small accountability group of 2–3 people for simple daily check-ins. Nothing complicated. Just consistency and support.

Encouragement, not pressure
Focus on progress, not perfection
Simple structure that fits real life
After about 90 days, we’ll host a celebration event to recognize the effort and progress everyone made.
This is for people who want to stay consistent, feel supported, and stop starting over every few weeks.
