Open discussion, no small talk required.

To give a chance for everyone who wishes to speak to have a chance, part of the gathering will be in a “talking circle” format where one person can talk at a time, without interruption. No extroverts to compete with for “airtime”.

On the other hand, talking at all is not required. Quiet observers are welcome, and as introverts we will all understand and appreciate your presence all the same.
