Join me for a Soulful Sunday Experience and be ready to reset your mind and body for the new week.

We will begin our journey on a river side trail lead by a facilitator from Ebinflow. This walk is approximately 1.5 miles. After our stroll we will cool down with a calm grounding yoga session. This will be a yin style of yoga with seated postures. We will focus of cooling the body, centering the mind and leave you feeling refreshed for the week.
We will then enjoy a healthy picnic and can journal our experience.

Comfortable walking shoes suggested.
Blanket to sit on/towel, yoga mat, LOTS of water, and anything else you may need to help you relax. 🌺Be sure to arrive on time, once the walk begins, it's difficult to secure wifi service and I won't be able to post my location.

Yellow river park is a hidden gem in Stone Mountain, ga. This river is tributary of the Ocmulgee River, 75 miles long, and runs through serval cities east of Atlanta. It features great open spaces, entrances to the river, overlook docks wooded equestrian and bike trails.

Event fee of $30 per person is due along with your rsvp. Fee will cover cost of the facilitated stroll, the yoga cool down, and a shared healthy picnic.
Fee is non-refundable, but transferable to another member. You are welcomed to bring an adult female, guest 18+.
