This is a mandatory meeting for all Event Organizers, City Leaders and City Leader Assistants only.
If you are not an Event Organizer or a City Leader, please do not RSVP for this meeting.

This is not a logistical meeting.
All logistics will be shared via email and GroupMe.

During this meeting, we will cover two important areas:

1. Cheddar Up
We will talk through what is working, what feels challenging, and the common roadblocks when using Cheddar Up. We will cover how to keep members engaged and confident, and how to clearly communicate that this is a secure buyer protected platform for event registration.

2. Curating Meetup Experiences
We are moving from a more casual environment to curated experiences for members.

Curating an event means being intentional about the purpose, flow, and member experience, not just showing up. We will talk through what makes an event feel curated and how you can align your events with this direction while still keeping them approachable and enjoyable.

This meeting is also about getting to know you, so cameras should be on if possible.
