Chris Thomas is an experienced accounting professional with over 35 years of experience helping organizations—from start-ups to established corporations—make sense of their numbers. Her career has spanned both public and corporate accounting, including roles in manufacturing, banking, education, health care, and professional services.

Chris is known for her practical, process-driven approach to simplifying financial information and helping non-financial professionals gain clarity and confidence around their business finances. Through various financial positions within businesses of all sizes, she has partnered with business owners to streamline systems, improve reporting, and build financial processes that support efficiency and growth.
She holds a Master’s in Taxation from the University of Cincinnati and a B.S. in Accounting from Miami University. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chris combines deep technical expertise with a calm, approachable, even humorous communication style—making her especially skilled at helping business owners “understand their numbers, even if they’re not numbers people.”
