Lower Paxton Christkindlmarkt

Get into the holiday spirit at the 7th annual Lower Paxton Christkindlmarkt in the village of Linglestown. This outdoor German Christmas market features over 100 vendors with handmade crafts, German and festival food, a live nativity scene, live music and dance, and traditional German culture.

Let's meet at the eastern of the two stone lampposts in front of Hoover Funeral Home on Linglestown Road, which is east of the town circle. We'll walk around together or in small groups.

• Admission is free.
• The event will be held rain or shine.
• Portable toilets will be available; restrooms at local businesses are reserved for customers only.

Parking:

• With limited parking available in the village, visitors are encouraged to park at Central Dauphin High School or New Hope Church and take free bus shuttles directly to the square. The shuttles will run all day on a continuous rotation.
• Linglestown Road and other parallel roads will be closed in the village.
• There are 3 other designated parking lots as well as handicapped parking by the funeral home.
