Introduction to Ancestral Healing Online Workshop

A long, long, time ago, things were set into motion that had nothing to do with you, but are affecting you today.

This workshop is a major step towards increasing your inner peace, joy, and self-love by freeing yourself of limitations that were never yours to begin with.

In this workshop, you will learn more about Ancestral Healing and I will guide you in:

-simple but powerful intuitive art processes and journaling (no art skills required)

-profound guided meditations to connect with Universal Energy (however you choose to define that: God, Source energy, Creator, Unconditional Love, etc.)

-you will have the option to receive energetic downloads if you wish.

Through the meditations and processes, you will discover what you need in order to move past what has been holding you back.

You will discover:
-an inherited gift or blessing from your ancestral line and how to integrate it into your life

- a limitation that you've inherited and your next steps forward to heal/change it

There will be time to reflect and share within our small group, if you want to.

There will be bathroom and snack breaks during this event.

Have any food and beverages handy and anything else that you need to stay comfortable.

Bring:
-Art supplies. Even simple supplies will work, or use this as an excuse to buy more!
-A journal or paper for making the art in, and for journaling.
