The idea behind intuitive dance for change is that during our dance classes we will work on different topics connected with something you might struggle in life and you want change it. Body has a lot to tell us, we just need to be open and listen to it and we will find the answers.

Cultural integration through movement
Multicultural Centre, Zabłocie 20, 30-701 Kraków, Krakow, PLA therapeutic movement workshop focused on cultural integration. Through movement, dance, and artistic expression, we will explore culture shock — an experience that often accompanies living in a new country. Starting from memories of the early days in a new place, moving through frustration, adaptation, and finally integration, we will revisit and better understand the internal processes we have gone through. There will also be an opportunity to verbally share your personal experiences. No dance or artistic skills are required. Openness to movement and group work is all you need.

Adults, regardless of gender
Foreigners living in Poland for at least 6 months
Those who want to deepen their awareness of cultural integration and culture shock
People open to new experiences of expression through movement
