### Weekly Themes
Week 1 – September Awakening: Moving Into a New Season
We begin with grounding practices and flowing sequences inspired by the shift from summer to autumn. Together, we’ll let go of what no longer serves us and set intentions for the season ahead.
Week 2 – Rhythm of Resilience
This class invites you to discover your inner strength through rhythm, repetition, and empowering movement. Feel supported, steady, and resilient as you find your own rhythm of stability.
Week 3 – Inner Child Exploration: Movement as Play
Reconnect with your inner child through playful, spontaneous, and imaginative movement. Using games and curiosity-driven prompts, we’ll rediscover freedom, joy, and lightness in the body.
Week 4 – Inner Harmony: Dance as Meditation
A soothing session focusing on slow, intentional movement, breathwork, and guided improvisation. Learn how to use movement as meditation, cultivating calm and presence within.
Week 5 – Joyful Expression & Celebration
We close the series with playful improvisation, interactive exercises, and community connection. This uplifting session is about celebrating yourself, your body, and the shared joy of movement.
