### A gentle pause before the festive season

As the festive season approaches, life often becomes faster, louder, and more demanding. Between expectations, social gatherings, memories, and emotional triggers, many of us feel overwhelmed without even realising it.

“Self-Hug” is a 2-hour therapeutic movement workshop designed to help you reconnect with yourself before entering this busy time of year. Through gentle guided movement, breath, body awareness and the simple power of self-embrace, we will create space to listen inward, calm the nervous system, and offer ourselves the warmth we often seek from the outside.

Together, we will explore:
✨ How our body responds to December — excitement, pressure, nostalgia, joy, stress
✨ How a self-hug can support emotional balance and grounding
✨ Movement practices to soothe, release and reset
✨ Small self-care gestures you can bring into the festive season
✨ A moment of softness, presence and connection just for you

No dance experience needed — just a quiet space, comfortable clothing, and an open heart.
This is a space to slow down, breathe, feel, and gently come home to yourself.

Please do not be afriad to turn on your cameras, we will for sure create a comforatble space as it was on the provious classes. Let's inspire each other by movement and share the magical energy of intuitive dance.
