Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from your body, or mentally overloaded?
This online 5Rhythms-inspired movement practice is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself through intuitive movement.
Together we will explore the qualities of:
π Flowing β grounding and listening

πͺ Chaos β release and letting go
π§ Lyrical β lightness and freedom
π Stillness β integration and rest
This is not a dance class and there is no choreography to follow.
You donβt need dance experience β only curiosity and willingness to move in your own way.
During this 1-hour session we will:

β¨ explore relaxation through motion
β¨ create space for breath, feeling, and presence
