“How to Crave Healthier Foods Workshop” on Sunday March 31st at 3:30 pm.
So many of us wish we could switch our cravings from “bad to good”. The truth is, all cravings are good when you realize they are a useful part of Mindful Eating. Our cravings are an important part of the way our bodies, our minds, and our emotions communicate with us. Wouldn’t it be great to crave foods that make you feel great on all levels? It’s possible! Join us as we discuss ways in which we can identify and understand our cravings and use that information to guide us to yummy, healthy food. We’ll talk about delicious foods, seasonings, spices and methods of preparation that promote more of those wanted cravings. This workshop will provide you with great info, tips, discussion, handouts, recipes and inspiration along with some yummy food to try! There is a $10.00 fee for this meeting to cover dues, materials and food.
