The holidays don’t just add joy — they often amplify stress, old emotions, and familiar patterns. When those feelings come up, it sure does take away the life of the party, does it? What if you could change it, quickly, quietly, and feel calmer and respond in a more comfortable way?
In this guided, experiential session, you’ll learn two simple techniques you can use immediately — during the holidays and in everyday life.
We’ll explore:
- You'll learn a simple somatic technique to help reduce stress and release emotional charge
- We'll also play with Magic Phrases, a way to shift your inner experience so you’re no longer replaying difficult interactions
You choose your level of participation. All I ask is that you leave the critic at the door, and give yourself a chance to take a breath, exhale, and give yourself something other than stress and expectations.
This is not therapy and it's not a lecture.
