Welcome! I’m Jen, a compassionate mindfulness-based coach and meditation teacher who empowers women in midlife to cultivate deep presence and self-awareness. Creating an engaging and approachable space, I guide them to confidently access their intuition for clearer decision-making and develop profound self-compassion, quieting their inner critic. Drawing from my personal journey and a blend of insightful questioning and evidence-based practices, I offer a transformative partnership for navigating life's transitions with greater clarity, kindness, and a refreshing perspective.

Group Guidelines for a Safe and Supportive Space

  1. Women-Only Space: This group is exclusively for individuals who identify as women. Please respect this policy to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
  2. Be Respectful: Treat all members with kindness, respect, and empathy. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of negative behaviour will not be tolerated.
  3. Confidentiality: What is shared in the group stays in the group. Please respect everyone’s privacy and confidentiality.
  4. Support, Don’t Judge: We are here to uplift each other. Offer support and encouragement, avoiding judgment or criticism.
  5. No Self-Promotion: This group is for personal growth and connection, not for promoting businesses or services unless explicitly permitted.
  6. Active Participation: Engage in discussions, attend meetups, and contribute positively to the group. Your presence helps create a vibrant community!
  7. Safe Sharing: Share your thoughts and experiences openly, but be mindful of others’ boundaries and perspectives. If you need help, feel free to ask for support.
