Tuesday night Walk for All Dogs "Dog Reactive OK"

HOW MUCH DOES THE WALK COST?

This walk is whatever you feel it's worth to you "most people do $5 to $20" but can be $1, It is separate from the group classes you may have bought a package of.

WHERE DO WE MEET?
568 N Sunrise Ave, Roseville, CA - meet in the office parking lot.
When you arrive, you will see orange cones

WHAT IS THIS CLASS ABOUT?
This walk is for "DINOS - Dogs in need of space" the focus of this walk is have a safe environment to work on your dog's focus on you rather then other dogs and have a safe space for dogs that are dog reactive and help them get comfortable with other dogs

WHAT IS THIS CLASS LIKE?
This is a relaxed class where we can laugh at ourselves and make mistakes and it's not the end of the world. We want our dogs to be able to make mistakes and figure things out too in a relaxed environment. We use only positive reinforcement training techniques and use food (treats, cheese, etc) to reinforce behaviors we are training, Each team (pet parent/dog) will have a workspace in line with the other teams at least 6 feet from other teams due to social distancing.

WHAT IF I'M THE ONLY ONE TO SHOW UP FOR CLASS?
Then consider your time with the instructors a private session for the price of a group class! You can then decide what you'd like to focus on most and dictate training for that hour!

WHAT IF I'M UNSURE HOW MY DOG WILL DO IN A GROUP SETTING?

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE WALK?
-Water for you and your dog and a bowl for him to drink from.
-Loads of treats of various kinds and values (kibble to cheese) in a treat pouch, apron, pocket.
-A hungry dog that has done its business.
-A mat that can withstand elements.
-Potty bags

WHAT SHOULD I AVOID BRINGING?
-E collar, shock collar, prong collar, retractable leashes
-Escape artists
