Welcome to Maker Faire Bay Area 2026: This year's lineup includes Robert the Robot, a humanoid AI from RB Labs built to hold real, unscripted conversations with anyone who walks up. Daredevil Chicken brings vaudeville-style cabaret and clown theater, the kind of act that's been called "eye-watering" by Timeout London. The Tree of Photon is a 13-foot fiber-optic sculpture that shifts color and motion when you embrace it. And DustWorks returns with two illuminated art cars, a 35-foot animatronic cuttlefish and a mobile tortoise you can play like an instrument.
