What we’re about
New England Invents (NEI) was founded as The Inventors Association of New England in 1977. Long time member, George Peters, then renamed the organization Invent New England in 2019 when he took over as President. In 2023, in efforts to expand services to the independent inventor community, Invent New England was converted into a 501c3 non-profit, New England Invents.
NEI offers assistance to innovators and independent inventors throughout their journeys to commercialize their intellectual property and/or products. Become a member of one of the most dynamic inventor organizations in the country.
Meetings are held virtually as well as in person at the UMass IHUB in Haverhill, MA. Meetings feature speakers who provide expert guidance in product development, process of obtaining a patent, prototyping, marketing, entrepreneurship, and related topics.
