If you describe your products and services as “innovative,” how do you deliver on that promise? In what measurable ways is your firm innovative?

Come score your organization’s current innovation efforts in seven areas. Then we’ll do hands-on activities to show how you could increase your score in each area. Learn techniques to:

• Coach yourself or your leadership to give an inspired “Commander’s Intent” or a clearly articulated statement about the MOST IMPORTANT WORK that needs innovation right now.

• Never brainstorm again, but instead use “stimulus mining” to generate innovative ideas in a way that doesn’t drain your energy.

• Accelerate ideas through focused events, an innovation pipeline and rapid prototyping.

• Use patents as a way to set and stretch goals.

Throughout the workshop, you get direct input on your current challenges through hot seats. We hope after the workshop, you’ll take the language and tools of Innovation Engineering to raise important questions with your leadership, team and clients. Because if you are not doing THE MOST IMPORTANT work, what’s the point?

Our seminar leader, Carla Brown, is an Innovation Engineering Black Belt.
