Bio: Belen began her career as a Corrections Officer before transitioning into DIY real estate investing. Today, she is a full-time investor managing multiple real estate companies. Over the past six years, Belen has rehabbed and rented or sold more than 50 units. Most recently, she redeveloped a mixed-use downtown building into a Mexican restaurant with four modern, luxurious apartments above. She has accomplished all this while raising two young children, who inspire her focus on building better systems, growing her businesses, and creating a lasting legacy.
