After a summer break, we will be back in September for regular monthly meetups!

Our mission is to support women on their real estate investing journeys. And we strive for a supportive and encouraging environment, where everyone feels welcome.

Come meet other women investing in real estate, for support, encouragement, education, and to get your questions answered. Whether you're just getting started or have experience to share, we'd love to see you!

What is unique about our meetup is that out of 50+ chapters across North America, only a few InvestHER® chapters are located in Canada - Edmonton being one of them!

Zorya Belanger retired from her professional engineering career to focus full-time on real estate investing. She is now a multifamily syndicator, mentor, and mom of 2 young kids. Zorya co-founded BREI Properties, which buys profit-generating multifamily rental properties in Alberta and Texas. She started buying investment properties in 2013 and now has nearly $21M in Assets Under Management (AUM). It all started with single-family homes, then small new-build multifamily, and then large value-add multifamily, all the while focusing on her top 3 values: family, health, and freedom.

Ilona Carletti bought her first property in 2010, but it was in 2020 that she decided to pursue real estate investing as a lifelong dream to scale her real estate portfolio. In 2022, together with their business partners, she purchased a brand new 8-plex in Edmonton. Then in January 2023, she and her partners closed on their second brand-new 8-plex. Their current portfolio consists of 19 doors with 12 more under construction. Ilona’s investment ethos is based on three main principles: 1. Return of Capital. 2. Sustainable Real Estate Investment Solutions. 3. Relationship-Centric Approach. Outside of real estate, Ilona works for the provincial public service and is a mom to two young boys.
