Our group discusses, learns & networks on ways to invest in all types of real estate in the Albuquerque/Central New Mexico area. This group offers something for all levels of investors: from the beginner needing basic information & encouragement to the experienced investor looking to network or to partner on a deal, from the person wary of the stock market who wants to invest in something they can actually drive by to the person looking to invest in a rehab job on a distressed property.
Some of the topics covered are hands-off real estate investing, landlord investments, residential property investment, commercial property investment, real estate investing with your IRA &/or 401K, property management & more.
