Vessi is a former commercial lender turned real estate investor and now the founder and managing partner at DBA Capital Group, where she oversees a large (\~$80MM+) real estate/multifamily portfolio. 

Vessi grew up behind the Iron Curtain in Bulgaria where many years back she was listening to The Voice Of America late at night on her radio with a dream of coming to the US one day. Vessi made this dream real through focusing on academics and earning a full scholarship. 

She is an immigrant who arrived to the US with two suitcases and a lot of hope, faith, and determination to make the American Dream real.

Vessi took the traditional path of going to school, getting good grades, and entering into Corporate America. 

She climbed the corporate ladder until, after a few events of adversity, Vessi realized she was climbing the wrong ladder. 

Now Vessi is passionate about helping other high performing professionals and business owners create additional passive income streams and tax efficiencies via well vetted cash flowing investments in apartments, so they can create more optionality in their lives and achieve their own freedom. 

Vessi is also passionate about helping passive investors learn how to effectively and efficiently analyze deals and navigate through the complexities of investment offerings, structures, and documents, so they can make sound investment decisions and minimize the risk of loss. 

Vessi has earned a Bachelor degree from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from Northwestern University. 

When not working, Vessi can be seen running, spending time with family and her fur baby Rickie, or dancing.
