Lastly, we discussed, last month, the fire that took place in Maple Ridge and the devastation that took place with the development that many of our investors were in. To follow up with that, we have Dave Webster from McLean Homes coming to talk about the fire and the process that the developers have to undergo with insurance and rebuilding and how it impacts the buyers.
