Invisible Chronic Illness SOCIAL SUPPORT GROUP MEETING (Thu, 1/23 @ 7:30pm EST)

Hi and thank you for visiting our group! This is for anyone living with one or more invisible chronic illnesses.

This peer-run group offers support in a welcoming and inclusive environment where you can find community and learn coping strategies. We'll start by checking in with everyone, and then participants will get the opportunity to ask any questions they may have, share any recent events or topics that may be on their mind, as well as share any useful tools or modalities that they have been found to be supportive during the "group wisdom" portion of the meeting.
