Invisible Chronic Illness SOCIAL SUPPORT GROUP MEETING (Thu, 8/28 @ 12:30pm EST)

Hi all and apologies for there being such a large lag between meetings this time! This has been a busy summer but I'm glad there's time to get one last one in before Labor Day.

About this meeting:

This peer-run group offers support in a welcoming and inclusive environment where you can find community and learn coping strategies. We'll start by checking in with everyone, and then participants will get the opportunity to ask any questions they may have, share any recent events or topics that may be on their mind, as well as share any useful tools or modalities that they have been found to be supportive during the "group wisdom" portion of the meeting.

And please note that there is no way to "be" for this meeting. Just simply show up as you are. That's enough. All parts of you are welcomed here.
