HELLO ALL

This month we're very pleased to welcome:

🐺 Emily Toop (https://twitter.com/fluffyemily) (Mozilla (https://www.mozilla.org/en-GB/)) – WKWebView made me do it!

πŸ” Radek Pietruszewski (https://twitter.com/radexp) (Nozbe (https://nozbe.com/)) – Statically-Typed Swifty APIs

β›© Sam Pigott (https://twitter.com/Sam_Piggott) (Dojo (http://www.dojoapp.co)) – The Dojo Story

Three fine engineers with tales of Swift. We'll be learning about the trials of building Firefox for iOS (https://github.com/mozilla/firefox-ios), writing properly Swifty (http://radex.io/swift/nsuserdefaults/static/) statically-typed APIs, and the story of building Dojo (http://www.dojoapp.co), from Swift 1.0 onwards.

INCLUSIVITY

Education should be open to all.

It's very important to us that everyone who can come is welcome, and we try hard to make this something that you can come to.

Our gatherings are usually dry (do check the description). We'd like a diverse lineup of speakers throughout the year, and though we may not always succeed on a given night, we're actively hunting. If you'd like to talk, we'd love to help you. Having a diverse audience is important too, it's something else we're working on.

And if you'd like to help us improve, that would be fantastic!

You can read more about our hopes here (https://www.meetup.com/swiftlondon/pages/INCLUSIVITY/).

CODE OF CONDUCT

While at the meetup (and hopefully in your life outside), all attendees are asked to behave respectfully in accordance with our CODE OF CONDUCT (https://www.meetup.com/swiftlondon/pages/Code_of_Conduct_%7C_Safe_Spaces).

In short: be nice, be respectful, consider and listen to others.

SPEAK AT SWIFT LONDON
