With over 20 years of experience across the healthcare ecosystem, Andy is passionate about using technology to transform care delivery and improve the patient experience. His healthcare career spans outsourcing, consulting, payer, provider, med tech, and med device, including tenures at mission-driven organizations Kaiser Permanente and Medical Alley. Andy is a board member of the Seward Neighborhood Group, a non-profit community organization here in Minneapolis, as well as an advisory board member of AI 2030, a think-tank aimed at harnessing the transformative power of AI to benefit humanity while minimizing its potential negative impact.

Andy is studying artificial intelligence in a graduate program at St. Mary's University of Minnesota. As the founder of Slainte Consulting, he leverages his six sigma background and AI knowledge to help healthcare organizations implement the right tools, processes, and resources to supercharge growth.
