**Generative AI (GenAI) agents** are part of a strategic initiative to reduce operational costs and improve the **Customer Net Promoter Score (NPS**).

This upcoming presentation/demo will show the **full omni channel approach** of these GenAI agents and how various enterprises could use them.

**Key Highlights of this preso:**
