Iowa River Corridor Trail Parking
Details
For this cleanup we are going to start at the parking lot on the south side of highway 6 just east of the bridge to cross the Iowa River. The coordinates are 41°38'45.3"N 91°32'08.1"W. Please use this link for the location. Sorry for the coordinates, I cannot find an address for this parking lot.

This is a high use area for fishing and other activities. If there are enough people we will start our focus around this bridge and parking area, then split into 2 groups. A larger group can go North to cover the River Crossings park and a small group can head S to cover the trail.
We will meet at Big Grove for a cold beverage following the pickup.
As always, wear appropriate clothing for the event, and know that you are responsible for your own your safety. If you feel uncomfortable about picking something up because of the terrain or because of the item itself or some other reason, please leave it there. There is plenty of other litter to pick up.
