What if every YouTube video could be searched like Google? In this talk, I walk through how I built a fully searchable YouTube index—quickly and affordably—using AI at every layer of the stack. From extracting and transforming video, to transcribing, chunking, and indexing in Azure AI Search, I’ll show how semantic search makes video content instantly discoverable. The twist? AI didn’t just help me build it—it built most of it: frontend, infrastructure, and deployment. Expect a practical breakdown of architecture, tooling, lessons learned, and how you can ship AI-powered search over video without a huge team or budget.
