Welcome to our Indivisible Poconos social meetups group! Join our social activities and meet up with fellow "Indivisibles" for fun and camaraderie.
A great place to make connections with other volunteers, bring new people, share ideas about activism, and have a good time in good company.
Indivisible Poconos is a network of volunteers affiliated with the Indivisible Project, working to hold our elected officials accountable and to create a future that is rooted in economic, social and climate justice here in the Poconos and beyond.
To join our social meetups group, in the questions you will be asked to affirm your agreement with the following:
Community rules and guidelines
Indivisible Poconos is an inclusive, supportive, non-partisan group, fighting for our democracy. We have a zero tolerance policy for hate speech, discrimination, bullying or shaming, and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
Let’s keep our discussions friendly, and always respect the privacy of others in our group. No sharing of screen shots, for example. And while we encourage all Indivisibles to join our group, and to bring other friends along, please don’t share the details of our meet-ups (time, location, attendees, for example) to the general public.
We want to foster a positive and supporting group atmosphere, where everyone is encouraged to participate. And as being part of our group is both a privilege and a responsibility, the admins reserve the right to remove members without warning, who don’t adhere to the rules.
