IP Sandbox is a casual meetup community for builders, thinkers, and explorers who want to better understand how ideas can be protected with patents.
We meet online to share practical knowledge about the patent system, study real-world examples, and explore how to draft and file inventions using DIY methods. You’ll find students, researchers, startup creators, engineers, and curious minds from many fields.
We talk through public patent examples in areas like software, AI, robotics, quantum tech, engineering, biotech, optics, and hardware. The focus is on learning by doing, not offering legal advice.
